HGH Academy Refund Policy

At the Heal GERD and Gut Disorders Holistically Academy, we want you to actually heal, not just skim the material and walk away. That's why our refund policy is built around effort, not around a simple change of mind. There are two ways to request a refund, depending on when you ask.

Enrollment
Day 0: Full Portal Access
Day 3 Window
100% No-Questions Refund
Day 14 Guarantee
50% Effort-Based Guarantee

Quick Change of Mind (Days 1 to 3)

Full Refund (Days 1–3)

If you request a refund within the first 3 days of your enrollment, you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. This window exists for the rare case where the Academy just isn't what you expected, before you've had a real chance to dig into the material.

  • If you request a refund within the first 3 days of your enrollment, you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
  • This window exists for the rare case where the Academy just isn't what you expected, before you've had a real chance to dig into the material.

14-Day Do the Work Guarantee (Days 4 to 14)

50% Refund (Days 4–14)

After the first 3 days, our policy shifts to being tied to effort, not a change of mind. If you request a refund between day 4 and day 14 of your enrollment, you'll need to:

  • Complete Module 1 and Module 2, including the workbook exercises for both modules.
  • Submit your completed Module 1 and Module 2 workbooks as proof of completion.
  • Tell us, in a few sentences, what specifically wasn't the right fit for you.

Why the second tier is 50%, not 100%

By day 4 through 14, if you've done the work, you've received real material and real value from the program, and we think that's worth something, for both of us. This isn't about punishing you for trying, it's about being honest that Modules 1 and 2 aren't nothing. A partial refund after doing the work is still a real safety net, it's just not a free trial of the whole program.

How to request a refund

Submit your refund request within 14 days of your enrollment date using our Contact Support page. For a Days 1 to 3 request, just let us know you'd like to cancel. For a Days 4 to 14 request, attach your completed Module 1 and Module 2 workbooks and include a few sentences on what wasn't the right fit. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

What isn't covered

  • Refund requests submitted after day 14.
  • Days 4 to 14 refund requests submitted without completed Module 1 and Module 2 workbooks, or without your written explanation.
  • Bonuses, community access, and any live or recorded calls are included in, and forfeited along with, an approved refund, at either tier.

If you enrolled on the payment plan

An approved refund under either tier cancels all remaining scheduled payments. A Days 1 to 3 refund returns everything already paid. A Days 4 to 14 refund returns 50% of everything already paid. A refund requested outside this policy, after multiple payments have processed, is considered case by case, and remaining payments are still due unless we agree otherwise in writing.

This Refund Policy is part of the Academy Terms of Purchase you agree to at checkout. It doesn't limit any right you may have under applicable law. For information on how the Academy is intended to be used, see our Medical Disclaimer.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request, at either tier, if we see clear evidence the policy is being used in bad faith, for example moving through all of the course content in the first day or two and then requesting a refund, or submitting workbooks that don't reflect real work.
